Earl Shank leads traceability efforts at Tapestry. In his role, he is responsible for implementing and managing programs to maintain 95 percent traceability and mapping of raw materials. Additionally, his team manages responsible sourcing functions related to supplier onboarding, exit, licensing & collaborations, and data analysis.
