Mary Kate Randolph is the Climate Beneficial Systems Director at Fibershed, where she serves as the ag program’s data steward, developing regionally-calibrated, place-based tools that translate on-farm stewardship into verified impacts. She supports US-based fiber producers of all sizes by turning on-the-ground data into accessible, market-ready tools that reflect the program’s B5 or “Beneficial Five” Outcomes: Soil Health, Water Security, Biodiversity Preservation, Carbon Capture, and Community Resilience. Through the Climate Beneficial™ Verified Fiber Program, her work helps to connect producer-led stewardship to meaningful market opportunities and incentives. Prior to Fibershed, Mary Kate worked across B2B organic apparel companies, partnering with brands and retailers to bring certified private-label programs to market, with experience across the full supply chain from farm to finished product.
